Return & Exchange Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

As a small, independently owned & funded business we can only accept exchanges and returns for Store Credit only for Sale Items. We offer merchandise refunds on full price items only. 

*Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, free from any damage. All CLEARANCE items are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for any returns. 

You may return your order for an exchange of the same style or store credit only within 30 days from the date of delivery using our MH Return & Exchange center. A formal request must be submitted for approval before any items are sent back to us. Orders that are not submitted for approval and are sent back to us will be refused and sent back to you. Please send the return item(s) back to us within 7 business days from the Return approval date. Items sent beyond this time frame will be processed for partial store credit.

Items that are eligible for Store Credit return ONLY:

  1. Sale items

  2. Bundled items at discounted rates 

  3. International Orders

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we'll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

We are not offering an Extended Return Policy for any holidays. Returns can be submitted for approval within 30 days from the date of delivery using our Return Center.
